What Do We Cover?

An absolute favorite of mine - a tour of all the different styles of sparkling wine! Learn about and taste the differences between Cava, Prosecco, Crémant, Champagne & the Champagne method, Blanc de Blanc and vintage bubbles. We explore the variety of factors that give each style its unique flavor, including grape variety and production methods. I discuss tips for serving and how to pair food with this most delicious of wines. Great for celebrations, obviously, or for fans of all things bubbly. Can add a red sparkling into the mix if you would like. Whats Included? - Your own personal wine presenter. - Up to two hours personal tasting at the location of your choosing, up to an hours drive from Seattle. - Tasting notes, maps, and other materials to enhance your experience. Please note that I do not supply wine for the class. I will send you a list of appropriate wines to buy, allowing you to tailor it to your budget and local availability.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel your booking and receive a 100% refund, minus a processing fee of 20% of the booking total. We are happy to discuss rescheduling as an alternative. Less than 48 hours notice will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or a 25% refund. Less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount.
